An unexpected turn of events in the custody of the only son of the deceased singer Jeanne Friske… A few months ago, a lawyer for the artist's family said that Dmitry Shepelev, the common-law husband of a celebrity, may not be the father of her two-year-old son Plato at all. Allegedly, the artist had many fans and wealthy boyfriends, and in general a representative of the celebrity's family advised her parents to do a DNA test. But it has just become known that Zhanna's longtime acquaintance, lawyer Radik Gushchev, is claiming paternity. The man will challenge paternity in court.

Gushchin is 32 years old and he is a good friend of Vladimir Kopylov, the singer's father. Radik drew up a statement of claim, in which he claims that Plato was conceived from him, since from June to August 2012 he and Zhanna had an affair. According to the young man, in August she told him that she was pregnant.
According to Radik, the child was written to Dmitry, because he verbally confirmed that he was his father. Jeanne did not give consent to this. Now the ex-lover appeals to the Khamovnichesky Metropolitan Court with the requirement to dot all the i's.
Gushchin himself is now happily married and raising a child. He had not previously announced this story, because he was afraid of how this story would affect his relationship with his wife. If the court proves that it is Radik who is Plato's father, then he will receive all the rights to the child and will be responsible for him.
