Universal has announced the official release date for the new horror film.

The overseas press writes that the reboot of "Mummy" will be released on the big screens on June 9, 2017 and will compete at the box office with "War of the Worlds Z" and the next film "Divergent".

Tom Cruise will star in the Mummy remake. His partner on the set will be Sofia Boutella. So far, it is not completely clear who exactly the actors will play.
