Lana Del Rey On The Cover Of Men's Gloss Maxim

Singer Lana Del Rey will appear on the cover of the new issue of the glossy men's magazine "Maxim". She has already managed to share pictures from the backstage on her Instagram page.

In an interview, the singer said that she had traded sunny California for bustling New York.

“I just fell in love with this city. Its history and culture fascinated me, especially the era of the 60s. There is a special atmosphere here. The work of Bob Dylan, the beat poets inspires me to write new songs”- said the artist.

Lana also said that until she changed her hair color, for some reason she was not taken seriously.

“I don't understand why this happened. But when my hair was lighter, my music, and myself, was not taken seriously. Already when I changed my hair color to a darker one, they began to treat me differently, although my music has not changed."

Recently, Lana indirectly became a participant in the scandal in the world of music: Eli Roth (director of the "Hostel" trilogy) presented to the public a new video by Marilyn Manson for the song "No Reflection". According to the plot, scenes from Marilyn's performances alternate with scenes where a man rapes Lana Del Rey and a mantis eats a ladybug.
