Actress Kristen Ritter, 32, has graced the cover of the new issue of Ocean Drive magazine. In an interview with the publication, the star of the film "Mona Lisa Smile" spoke about her adolescence, her work in the music field and her boyfriend.

About adolescence: “When I became a model, I began to feel more confident, I gained a sense of my own dignity and a sense of belonging to something. Until then, my life was going downhill. The kids at school avoided me. Although after my modeling successes, the situation has not improved."

About her success in the musical field: “My music is sweet, a little dark and girly. I am happy when I play guitar and write lyrics. I express myself through creativity. It's great. Helps me to take my mind off Hollywood."

About her boyfriend, indie rock band War On Drugs, Adam Granduciel: “I've always met musicians, even in high school. Adam is my favorite artist.
