“Satisfy the claim. To collect jointly and severally from three defendants: couples, mothers, Platon (Shepelev) 21.633 million,”says the verdict of judge Sergei Sevastyanov.

Earlier, lawyers for Dmitry, Vladimir and Olga tried to terminate the proceedings, but these demands were rejected. Little Plato's father is shocked by this court decision and is ready to appeal. According to the lawyer, it was Olga, Zhanna's mother, who zeroed all her bank accounts two weeks before her daughter's death, and she must answer.

“Plato did not enter into the inheritance of funds,” the lawyer remarked, perplexed by such a verdict. A little later, Shepelev also said his word on the page on the social network.

“I am glad that in the Rusfond case, dots were put on the i's. Alas, the court decided to collect 21 million rubles from the heirs: Jeanne's parents and our son Platon. On the other hand, it is good that no one else has any doubts about who took the charitable money,”wrote Dmitry and added that neither he. neither his child had access to the money of Rusfond and were not even allowed to approach them. Despite the colossal debt “hanged” on his child, Shepelev admitted that he was relieved because his conscience was clear, and the decision of Judge Sevastyanov cleared his trampled reputation.

The TV presenter once again said that Olga had withdrawn the money shortly before Jeanne's death, and it is obvious that at that time they could no longer help the dying artist. How Zhanna's parents spent the money, Dmitry does not even know. One thing is obvious to him - his son should not be responsible for the sins of his grandparents.

“I will continue to fight for the only important thing for me in this situation - the well-being and peace of my son, and, of course, I will appeal against this court decision,” Dmitry said.
