"Artist" by Michel Hazanavicius, owner of three "Golden Globes“, Distinguished himself in London. At the last awards ceremony British Academy of Film and Television BAFTA The black-and-white picture took prizes in seven out of twelve nominations for which it was nominated: for best film, music, camera work, direction, male lead, original script and costumes.
"Spy, get out!" Thomas Alfredson applied for eleven masks and won in only two categories - "Best Adapted Screenplay " and Best British Film". Two of the three possible awards went to the documentary Asifa Kapadia "Senna", which has already won awards from the Sundance Festival and BIFA.
And here "Shame" by Steve McQueen, alas, was left without awards. Read the full list of winners under the cut. We also find photos from the red carpet!
