The rapper did this without permission, without even informing the author of the words and music. Cuttings from Tracy's song made up almost half of Nicki Minaj's new track. Now, according to a court order, the rapper is obliged to pay moral compensation to the rock singer in the amount of 450 thousand dollars. This amount also includes financial expenses for legal fees.
So far, Niki herself and her representatives refuse to comment on what is happening, it is also not known whether Minaj will defend his rights in court by filing an appeal.
