“I can wake up in the middle of the night simply because I am very worried about something, I feel heaviness. I try to play sports every day to distract myself, although during the quarantine there were times when I felt too depressed” - Michelle shared her emotions.
Michelle Obama decided to release a series of podcasts in order to somehow distract people from the problems of our time. This idea came to her in the very first weeks of quarantine. She dedicated the first issue to her husband Barack Obama, it was with him that she appeared in front of the cameras, talking about family life, career and plans. Also, the first issue was dedicated to the former president for a reason, but with the aim of a special gift for his birthday. After the release of the podcast, Michelle also posted a photo with her husband on social networks and congratulated him on his 59th birthday.
