Actress Elena Ksenofontova recalls her life with her ex-husband, lawyer Alexander Ryzhikh only in this vein: “Thank you, at least you didn't kill me!”. Although, outwardly, everything seemed to be very ideal: from this relationship, Elena had a daughter, Sofia, in 2011. But not everything turned out to be so cloudless in reality. The Russian actress admitted that she suffered beatings, as well as moral violence - abuz! Only in 2016, Elena decided to end a toxic relationship and get out of the vicious circle in which the woman was always in an oppressive state. Unfortunately, the whole nightmare did not end there for Elena - the ex-husband still pesters her with threats and accusations.
47-year-old Elena Ksenofontova said that in reality she became a victim of domestic violence, but now her ex-husband accuses the opposite. And surprisingly, the ex-spouse succeeded!

To cope with such a difficult situation, Elena was helped by a psychologist who suggested an unusual way to overcome fears and panic attacks. The specialist suggested writing down words of gratitude to her husband in a diary. There was no limit to the artist's surprise: “How? For what? What thanks? For all the grief that he brought into my life! " At first there was a huge misunderstanding and resistance, and then the woman realized that there was something to find: “For a daughter! For the opportunity to hug her!"
