Andrei Malakhov won an apartment from a pensioner Irina Mazharovoth. Irina, two of her are close and their pets were left without a roof over their heads.
Recall that there has been a conflict over real estate between the TV presenter and the pensioner for a long time. An elite apartment in the center of Moscow has become a bone of contention. Mazharova told Malakhov that she was forced to live in the apartment he bought. The woman asked Andrey to give her a couple of months to pack her things and move out, but she did nothing. Then Malakhov went to court with a statement about the illegal seizure of property. The court ruled to evict the pensioner back in 2012, but so far this has not been possible: the woman did not open the doors to the bailiffs.
At the same time, Mazharova herself insisted that it was Malakhov who was illegally evicting her from the apartment. “Since 2006, I have rented this apartment as an office, regularly paid all utility bills. In 2010, I was left without my own living space and moved to an office apartment on Ostozhenka. From time to time, my relatives came to visit me,”the pensioner told her version.
Now Malakhov managed to evict Irina. After several days of fierce showdowns and calls from law enforcement agencies, Mazharova with her family and two cats left the showman's apartment on Ostozhenka Street. “Now I, two of my close relatives, together with pets, are in the open air,” she says.
As you can see, the conflict has not yet been fully resolved - Irina and her family need to move in somewhere, and how her situation will be resolved is still unknown.
