Any videos you shoot in the bedroom can be used against you. Hollywood actress Misha Barton knows this firsthand. The celebrity worries that her ex-boyfriend will distribute copies of a sex video with her, which remains in his hands.
Last month, the actress won a lawsuit against a former young man who made an attempt to glorify Misha in the film industry of a different order. After learning that John Zachariah, that is the name of the scoundrel, offers their home videos to porn sites, Barton sued him and won the case. The court ruled to prohibit the man from distributing the video, but he still had copies. This decision of the court satisfied Misha, but not entirely - last Friday she again went to court and demanded to seize all copies of the video that John had left. At the same time, Barton said that these copies may be kept by her other former lover Adam Spow, who, moreover, also haunts her, like Zachariah.
Now John is forbidden to approach Misha or contact her in any way; this is also for Adam, who does not appear in court, referring to family circumstances.
