Chrissy Teigen will always keep with her the memory of her late son Jack.
On Halloween, 34-year-old Teigen posted a touching post in which she showed a tattoo in honor of her son's memory from husband John Legend, whom they lost during 20 weeks of pregnancy.
During a "date" with her husband, Teigen shared a photo of the couple holding hands, showing a new tattoo on her wrist that had Jack's name written in italics.
The drawing is located directly above another tattoo that Chrissy made in honor of her family, which reads: "John - Luna - Miles", as a tribute to her husband and their daughter Luna Simone, 4, and son Miles Theodore, 2. The 41-year-old husband, John Legend also has a matching tattoo with the names: "Chrissy - Luna - Miles". Los Angeles-based artist Winter Stone is behind all three meaningful tattoos.
Last week, Teigen announced her return to social media after a short hiatus following the tragic loss of her pregnancy with her third child, and wrote a heartfelt post about the painful experience of losing her son.
I have gotten used to my naturally frowny mouth. It’s kind of wild how much I laugh and smile and how it’s still frowny, no matter what lol pic.twitter.com/hiyJv7j8YK

“One late evening I was told that it was time to let go - it would be in the morning. At first I cried a little, and then everything went to violent convulsions, hysterics and tears, my breathing could not cope with my own incredibly deep sadness, "wrote Teigen, who was diagnosed with partial placental abruption and underwent several blood transfusions in the hospital. …
“Even now, as I write this, I feel pain again,” she continued.
Teigen, who shared on Friday that she would still receive home health care “for a little while,” went on to explain in an essay that she decided to share her experience “because I knew I had something important to say. I could get away from this, hide my feelings and return to life, so I sincerely thank you for letting me do this."
“Jack will always be loved, and it was explained to our children that he exists among the wind, trees and butterflies that they see,” she wrote.
“People say that this kind of experience leaves a huge void in your heart,” she added. “The emptiness, of course, was formed, but it was filled with love for the one I loved so much. This space does not seem empty. It seems complete."
