The actress suffered from malaise and obvious symptoms of coronavirus for four months. She decided to talk about this on her official page on the Instagram social network.

The celebrity reports that the first signs of the disease appeared in her back in March. She suffered from high fever, heavy breathing, chest pressure, loss of smell and severe headache. Alyssa explains that almost all the symptoms of the coronavirus were present at that time. The actress, of course, got scared and decided to do a coronavirus test. The ambulance team did all the manipulations, but the test showed a negative result. All the symptoms persisted for a long time, so Milano decided to do another test, which also showed that no coronavirus infection was found in the body.

This was me on April 2nd after being sick for 2 weeks. I had never been this kind of sick. Everything hurt. Loss of smell. It felt like an elephant was sitting on my chest. I couldn’t breathe. I couldn’t keep food in me. I lost 9 pounds in 2 weeks. I was confused. Low grade fever. And the headaches were horrible. I basically had every Covid symptom. At the very end of march I took two covid19 tests and both were negative. I also took covid antibody test (the finger prick test) after I was feeling bit better. NEGATIVE. After living the last 4 months with lingering symptoms like, vertigo, stomach abnormalities, irregular periods, heart palpitations, shortness of breath, zero short term memory, and general malaise, I went and got an antibody test from blood draw (not the finger prick) from lab. I am POSITIVE for covid antibodies. I had Covid19. I just want you to be aware that our testing system is flawed and we don’t know the real numbers. I also want you to know, this illness is not hoax. I thought I was dying. It felt like I was dying. I will be donating my plasmwith hopes that I might save life. Please take care of yourselves. Please wash your hands and wear mask and social distance. I don’t want anyone to feel the way I felt. Be well. I love you all (well, maybe not the trolls. Just the kind people.) ❤️

It was also decided to take an antibody test. Moreover, over the course of four months, she passed two such tests, which also showed that antibodies were not produced.

The other day, the actress passed another test for antibodies, the result of which she decided to describe on Instagram:

“I lived for four months with lingering symptoms of the virus, such as dizziness, shortness of breath, indigestion, heart failure, and I went and tested again for antibodies in the blood (this is not a finger stick), but made in the laboratory. I got a positive result. I was sick with coronavirus, and now I want you to know that the system is imperfect and we do not know the real numbers of the infected. I also want you to know that this disease is not a hoax. I really thought I was dying, I felt that way. I will now donate my plasma with great hope that I can save someone's life. Please, take care of yourself"

At the end of the message, the actress asked people not to neglect personal protective equipment, and also urged those who had recovered to donate plasma for those in need.
