Gwyneth Paltrow Spoke About The Difficulties Of Raising Children Together With Ex-husband Chris Martin

Like most exes who share children, co-parenting is filled with ups and downs for Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin.

On Tuesday's episode of The Drew Barrymore Show, Paltrow spoke to host Drew Barrymore and discussed how she and Coldplay frontman, who divorced in 2016 after 12 years of marriage, are coping while staying close for Moses' 14-year-old son and 16 summer daughter Apple.

“It's like you dissolve your marriage, but you stay in the family. It will be like this forever,”said the 47-year-old actress. “Sometimes things are not as good as they seem. We have good days and bad days, but I think it moves us towards the same goal - unity and love, and what is best for our children."

“We have established notions that just because we are parting, we can no longer love what we loved, and this is not true,” she added.

For Paltrow, one of the discoveries was the fact that she felt that "my divorce and my relationship with Chris is now better than our marriage was."

Paltrow told 45-year-old Barrymore that she felt “really happy” when the psychologist advised her and 43-year-old Martin how to “be a co-parent” after the divorce, namely: “You have to take full responsibility "And" Know that all relationships are 50/50."
