The paparazzi filmed Rihanna with bruises and an abrasion on her face on Friday, September 4, 2020
Rihanna is recovering from a recent electric scooter accident.
On Friday, the 32-year-old singer was photographed with bruises on her face when she was spotted in a car outside a restaurant in Los Angeles.
"Rihanna is fine now, but last week she rolled over on an electric scooter and hurt her forehead and face," says a spokeswoman for Rihanna.
“Fortunately, there were no serious injuries and she is recovering quickly,” the spokesperson adds.
The founder of cosmetics brand Fenty Beauty, which recently debuted its Fenty Skin campaign with gender-neutral, inclusive products, recently talked about her daily skincare routine and the positive changes in the beauty industry.
“I wish the leaders of the beauty industry were a more diverse set of newcomers who didn’t just experience this culture, but experienced neglect in the industry, be it skin tone or skin type. I feel like there are so many voids that will be filled and we will only know this from the pioneers who have experienced these voids and their lack of representation in the industry,”Rihanna said during a call with $ AP Rocky, who stars in Fenty Skin campaigns.
By July 4, 2021, Rihanna is not only pursuing her beauty empire and music career, but also preparing for the premiere of her highly anticipated Amazon documentary.
“Rihanna's document is something I've been working with her on for almost four years now. Amazon will release it next summer, hopefully sometime around July 4th. It has been a truly epic journey, the last four years with her,”said Collidar director Peter Berg.
“She is a wonderful woman who seems to only grow and develop every day, opening new businesses and new beginnings at a speed that is almost difficult to keep up with. So every time we think we’ll finish a movie and put it out, she does something like creating a fashion line like Fenty, or her lingerie line, or her skincare line,”Berg said. "She's working her best, she's making new music now, and she's so successful in business and she's such an entrepreneur that we let her grow, but we're going to try to finish it in the spring and release it in the summer."
