The daughter of singer and dancer Michael Jackson Paris decided to tell what she did with her body in order to somehow distract herself from emotional pain
Paris Jackson is now 22 years old, over the years she experienced many unpleasant moments, with some she could not cope with on her own. The girl tortured herself, even tried to commit suicide, all this happened when Paris was in her teens.
“I cut myself and set myself on fire. I always knew that I would not die from this, the razor was in my hands, and I controlled the process. I understood how deeply I could cut myself, to a greater extent it was necessary for me to release dopamine” - said the daughter of a celebrity at the new show, which takes place on the social network Facebook.
The first attempts to torture herself began in adolescence, when Jackson recovered greatly. After her grandmother, Katherine Jackson, died, she began to experience severe hormonal imbalance amid stress. She began hurting herself with the hope that physical pain would override her mental burden. Paris also said that very often she had thoughts of suicide. Perhaps this would have happened, but her relatives managed to send her to a therapeutic boarding school, where they treated children with psychological disorders.
“They helped me there, all the problems with which I entered were solved. However, I left there with completely different problems” - shared Paris.
Jackson also told viewers that at some point she stopped taking prescribed antidepressants. She realized that the pills muffle all her emotions, on the one hand, it became good, because the negativity disappeared, but on the other hand, Paris stopped feeling the positive moments of life.
“My depression always goes in waves. Let my mood drop very slowly, but I want to feel it than not to feel anything at all. Pain is much better than complete numbness, because at least you can feel it. " - the girl finished her interview.
