Jennifer Aniston has welcomed a new member to her four-legged family!
The 51-year-old alumnus of the cult series Friends announced on Instagram on Sunday that she had rescued a new puppy named Lord Chesterfield and shared a video of the adorable dog sleeping with a bone in its mouth.
“Chesterfield, did you fall asleep with a bone in your mouth? I think you fell asleep? " In the video, Aniston can be heard speaking quietly.
The actress and TV presenter of the new "Morning Show" signed the post: "?? Hey! I would like to introduce you to a new member of our family … this is a very tired Lord Chesterfield ❤️. He instantly stole my heart. Thank you so much @wagmorpets for the incredible work you are doing. I am grateful that you care so much for these saved beings and found your homes for them forever."
Aniston is also the owner of such pets as Clyde's dogs, a mix of schnauzers, and Sophie, a white pit bull breed.
In April, the actress shared photos of her two sleepy four-legged friends lounging lazily on her upholstered furniture. "Big day …" - she wrote under the photo of Clyde, and under the photo of Sophie wrote "Exhausted."
Aniston used to be the owner of the dog Dolly, a breed of white German shepherd, which she started with her ex-husband Justin Theroux. Dolly died in July 2019.
In December, Aniston said she was "so close" to having another puppy. “And my friend Ellen DeGeneres, as you know, often likes to shower me with horribly heartbreaking pictures of animals that need a home. And by the way, if I had a llama, a pig, an alpaca, a sheep, a goat, I would still take him in!”She said.
"But I have to be very sensitive about Clyde and Sophie," Aniston added, "because it's all about whether they are happy."
