Britney Spears Will Fight Again For Custody Of Her Sons

The 38-year-old American singer in the new 2020 is ready to fight again for her two sons, who were born in a marriage with Kevin Federline. It became known that the singer filed a lawsuit in order to simply adjust the pastime with her children.

In September 2019, Kevin won a trial in which it was determined that custody of the children would be distributed as follows: 70 percent will be given to the father and 30 percent to the mother. At that time, Britney did not challenge the court's decision, since her family had not the easiest times. Now she wants to achieve equality in custody, so that the pastime is divided in half.

An insider said that Spears has filed a lawsuit in which she asks to increase the time in the schedule for herself. However, the consideration of the case will begin only in 2020.

The insider also said that Britney and Kevin calmly agreed to celebrate Christmas. On the eve of the holiday, the children will be with their mother, and Christmas itself will be with their father.

It is worth recalling that in the spring of 2019, Britney Spears was admitted to a mental hospital due to emotional instability. Therefore, the father of the children decided that he did not want his sons to spend a lot of time with an emotionally sick mother and filed a lawsuit. However, Kevin said that once Britney recovers and undergoes treatment, he would not mind adjusting the schedule for spending time with the children.

The state of family peace worsened after Britney's father in the fall of 209 had a very violent quarrel with the singer's eldest son. The man burst into the boy's room and began to shake him violently. Because of this situation, Kevin was forced to go to the police and Jamie Spears was banned from communicating and approaching his grandson.
