Although Brad Pitt hasn't taken pictures with his kids for a while, he looks forward to spending quality time with them during the holidays - just like any loving dad.
Brad Pitt, 56, may be busy with his film career - but he's still a madly loving dad! “Brad is busy preparing for the awards season and is looking forward to it all, but he's very interested in relaxing during the holiday season and seeing his kids,” says a source close to the actor, citing his recent work nominated for “Golden Globe ": Once Upon a Time in Hollywood. “He will do it personally, as he, like all great popes, loves such moments - and this will be no exception. He just wants them to be happy this holiday season and he will be happy to be with them. He is looking forward to a normal, good vacation without any drama."
Brad and Angelina Jolie, of course, will definitely decide how they will spend the holidays with their children Maddox, 18, Pax, 15, Zakhara, 14, Shiloh, 13, and twins Vivienne and Knox, 11. Plans for this year are definitely differ from plans from 2017, when the couple made joint family plans: Angelina wanted to take the family on an overseas vacation, and Brad wanted them all to spend a vacation in Los Angeles. Last year, Brad and Angelina were able to get together and spend Christmas together as a family - we can only imagine how happy their children were!
While both parents seem determined to maintain a united front - even after signing a private custody agreement in November 2018 - Brad appears to have a strained relationship with Maddox. The 18-year-old recently left home for the first time to study at the prestigious South Korean University Yonsei in Seoul, and Angelina was even spotted at school to help him make this difficult move. “He’s leaving today, and I’m trying not to cry,” the Oscar winner said in a touching video in August filmed by another student. In the meantime, Brad was not present at check-out and reportedly felt that he was unfortunately not being "allowed" into Maddox's college life. As we previously reported, Brad is proud of Maddox - who studies biochemistry - and wants him and all of his children to have the most normal upbringing possible.
